Accu-Chek SmartGuide is a continuous glucose monitoring device (CGM
device) intended for continuous measurement of real-time glucose
values in the subcutaneous interstitial fluid. The device is designed for
people with diabetes (18 years and above). A CGM sensor placed on the
upper arm automatically transmits data every 5 minutes to the mySugr
app.

The mySugr app connects to the sensor, so you can monitor your glucose
and keep track of insulin injections, carbohydrate intake, and personal
activities. The app analyses measurements, detects glucose patterns,
and, most importantly, predicts glucose levels for the next 30 minutes, 2
hours, and overnight (7-hour prediction of nighttime lows).

Please refer to the user guide for instructions on how to apply the sensor
to the back of the upper arm. Follow the in-app pairing steps to connect
the sensor. Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days.

The system works with a mobile app and is compatible with devices that
meet the technical requirements (Bluetooth 5.0, iOS 15.3+, or Android
11+). It can also connect to Apple Watch (watchOS 9+).
